ABOUT VALUE

Value focuses on the best way to keep your home protected from hard weather conditions. For over 10 years, Value has dedicated to manufacturing products that prove their worth in quality, design, and performance.

About Value’s Materials

Many factors go into the quality of vinyl, that is why Value uses its proprietary extrusion. Only 100% u-PVC is used in the formulation of vinyl window. The U denotes that the material is unplasticised polyvinyl chloride. Lesser windows will use plasticizers in their compounds which are cheaper to use but often soften the material, reducing strength and causing warping, bending, or failure. Another key to Value’s vinyl formulation of the additive of light (UV) and weathering stabilizers.

Value Takes the Extra Step

To prevent yellowing, Value uses the optimal amount of the UV and weather stabilizer titanium dioxide. All Value vinyl compounds must pass accelerated weather and UV tests before being certified market ready.

Next is the addition of impact modifiers. Other companies opt out of this step which reduces the durability of the vinyl and can lead to weaker welding joints.

Value uses Thermal Control to Bring Cost Savings

All products feature LoE-366 glass, which combined with Duralite spacers and Argon gas, ensure outstanding thermal performance and energy savings for your home.

When the temperature rises, LoE-366 glass rejects the sun’s heat without affecting the view. It’s proprietary triple silver coating lets more light in while staying cool and comfortable.

Argon Gas in between double-pane glass adds an added element of protection. Value Windows provide exceptional fading protection by blocking 95% of the sun’s damaging ultraviolet rays to help furniture, carpets, curtains and wood flooring stay looking beautiful.
